Dry Hill XC Race Brought to you by Olympic Dirt Society

The Course

Dry Hill is well known for its downhill trails, but we have also been building xc trails for a few years. The loop is approximately 8 miles, with 1200 ft. elevation gain per lap. About 1/3 road bed and 2/3 singletrack, this course will surely be fun and technically challenging. After your ride, enjoy a carb reload with spaghetti, homemade sauce, and ceasar salad. The course will be marked for pre-riding on Saturday.

Cross Country Race

Olympic Dirt Society XC Race
May 1st, 2011
Brought to you by NDub Productions

We at NDub Productions are honored to be a part of the 2011 Indie Series. We have wanted to get into cross-country events for a long time, and the timing is finally right!
The race will take place on Dry Hill, located just outside of Port Angeles, WA, on May 21-22. It has been years since an XC race has been held on Dry Hill, and there are a lot new trails. Dry Hill is known far and wide as the best place to ride downhill, and we have been working hard to make it one of the best places to ride cross-country as well.
On Saturday the 21st, the gate will be open and the course will be marked for riders to come check out the terrain if they choose. All racing will be on Sunday followed by a complimentary spaghetti feed immediately following your race. We are still working on the exact schedule and course layout, so stay tuned for this. We will be updating our webpage regularly as the race approaches.

Been to busy to update,

Shawn and I have been working on getting some XC riding going on up at Dry Hill. It's a mix of quad trails, some singletrack, and roads, but you can put together some pretty cool loops. I'll try to get a map up, if I can get it to work that is....?

XC race is still planned for April 30/May 1
